Ashley is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) at Spirit PT & Wellness in O’Fallon, MO. She attended massage therapy school at Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville, where she served as president of her class and also earned certification as an American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter.
Ashley specializes in various massage styles, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, cupping, trigger points, sports, prenatal, and assisted stretching.
She loves learning new modalities and is always looking forward to expanding her services.
Clients can clearly feel Ashley’s passion for therapeutic work and studying the human body through her fingertips. “I believe this is what I was born to do. As a massage therapist, I truly will never work a day in my life!”
Outside of her massage therapy employment, Ashley freely volunteers her services for those in rehab care, hospice, and nursing homes. “My dream is to be accessible to all. Everyone deserves a massage!”
When not massaging, she enjoys river kayaking, camping, creating art, traveling, live music, teaching workshops, and spending time with her family.
